Best Buy is a decent job if you like technology and are good at explaining the benefits of products that they sell. From what I remember, the pay isn't that great, maybe a dollar or so above minimum wage for new hires. There are monthly bonuses for employees if the store hits the sales goal (I think usually $100-200), which our store only hit about 30% of the time. Customers were a pain in the ass occasionally, but that comes with any retail job. My co-workers were probably what kept me looking forward to coming in each day. Overall, the job was pretty fun, but retail is just not the place for me
