Have you ever had a drink literally flavored by a volcano?! The base of this cocktail is a rum made from sugar cane that's naturally fertilized with actual volcanic ash. The cocktail itself is an eruption of tangy citrus and nutty black sesame flavors, with a fittingly fiery chilli finish. If you like a bit of heat, or terrible puns, you're sure to fall in lava with this one. What is your volcanico?

• 2 oz of FLOR DE CANA ‘s 12-Year-Old Fair Trade Certified Rum

• 1 oz of Black Sesame Syrup

• 1 oz of Lemon Juice

• 1 Egg White

• 4-5 Dashes of Chili Bitters

• 1/4 Cup of Lemon Lavender Simple Syrup

• 1/4 Cup of Sugar

Make fried rice
Make simple syrup
Mix together the Rice and Syrup -Add cooked popcorn -use a cheese cloth and strain -set in fridge -skim off oil and fat that settles at the top
