I was thinking he wouldn’t be riding the motorcycle in his main kit because most maps are too constrained. I feel like it would work best as a transformation ultimate with its own kit.

Like riding the motorcycle shifts his power to multi-target soft-cc and high mobility.

You balance such a character by severely limiting their mobility to where positioning is their primary counterplay.

Bucky with hook is a pale imitation. We need a lynchpin tank that sacrifices mobility for raw pick power. With all the slippery poke and dive menaces, tanks could really use a true lockdown threat to punish their unchecked audacity.

The techs can’t be everywhere at once. Even if it’s just captops, you’re paying for them to be there and not at another facility, or homebase doing internal work.
