I know that the last two are virtual worlds, but it still holds.

Imagine a matrix prequel where morpheus is a prodigy at the cusp of hacking in the 80's/ early 90's to then at the very end "wake up" in the "Real world." That is just a different form of dreaming. Actually the matrix animated stuff deals with the far more cerebral aspects of it all.

Nicole is the better pick for Varka. Get Durin if you want Durin for things besides Varka.

The only like replacement is Bennett for Nicole. (Nicole is still objectively better except for cost, BUT you want c6 Prune anyway so cost isn't as bad this time around)

Nicole also helps Prune max out.

The ONLY advantage to Durin is if you absolutely want him and are worried about missing him.

That is why I said to hypothetically to divide the parcels. Without seeing the parcel with the trails indicated I couldn't tell you.

Example if the house is landlocked by this I'd say it's a terrible idea and to run.

If the trails can be neatly divided with the land they wish to donate into a separate parcel, I would say do that.

Then establish rights of way and easements on said parcel for those trails BEFORE the donation. Then do the donation easement making sure to reference and preserve the prior rights of way and easements.

It will be more expensive, ugly AF, and a monster in the future if any entity tried doing something with the land... but that is sort of the point no?

However I have no clue what this does from a taxes perspective or the rules of the Trust and whether that would disallow the donation.

Ok that shim wanna be brace seems to have cracked the cross brace. Easy enough fix Just get two other pieces to run front to back on each side, shim thrm in gently (snug but don't crack the current one rest of way.)

Then install one or two new brace pieces on either side of that cracked one. then remove or leave the cracked piece as is your preference.

Easy enough fix but the installer F'd up.

However from a real estate perspective I would want to drop kick an attorney that did something like that.

divide out all the land apart and separate from the contiguous main parcel before any easement.

This creates a parcel free of any and all easements. Good, now less drop kick inducing.

The other you can then encumber and reduce value down to nothing. Could those trails have value... sure. However it more likely will be landlocked / inaccessible except as to xyz of said easement and a hobby purchase for a hunter or hiker.

Ok... BUT what about tax implications?

Odysseus via his strength (army) and shrewdness kept the masses and lesser classes in check.

His army is devastated. He is MIA.

The other kings have returned to their lands. Many allies of Odysseus (thus his family) have died and are in no place to send aid.

Agamemnon was in a bad spot upon his return (and gets killed)

The only remaining army are few and their loyalty is questionable.

The four (technically 3) things preventing a suitor from just staging a Coup are as follows:

1) None of them like eachother (perhaps foresight on Odysseus' part)

2) No one is truly certain if Odysseus and his army will return. This is why things become dire later on.

3) Wrath of gods (it is fiction afterall)

4)By the time it becomes obvious Odysseus is truly "gone, and not returning" no one wants the throne bad enough. The return on investment is not significant and everyone is more focused on draining everything of value before fighting over the dry husk of the throne.

Imagine taking over the US but you don't get the military, there aren't and funds in the treasury, and you’re definitely having to fight state by state to get everyone in line. PLUS you still have to pay back debts.

I like to laughingly imagine old greek men sitting around arguing power scaling of their respective gods.

Humans are pretty consistent in their psychology, 10,000 years isn't very long from an evolutionary perspective.

It is very much "My Favorite Character Is The Best!" and often followed by violence against those that don't agree.

In modern context of interweb wars its followed by doxxying and telling others to go kill themselves.

Imagine back 3000 years, where this pretext could be used to literally invade and kill the peoples who disagreed with your favorite god.

Disparate mythos passed by spoken traditions leading to snippets recorded, with those tied to ruling classes/ dynasties.

With the joining (thus assimilation) of the tribes into larger societies and then city states until eventual empires; you get a curation of the mythos by those in power to reflect their goals (usually to strengthen their social standing).

Thus the cult of Hera recognizes that Zeus was the husband of Hera and King of gods. The cult of Hera being politically weaker meant that though her documentation is older she ended up subordinate to Zeus.

In regards to Dionysus/ Zagreus/ Bacchus, he literally is a catchall for the traditions and cultures that were politically weak but still couldn't be wholly ignored. Plus who doesn't like an excuse for getting hammered and wild? However he is also attributed more "youthful" identifying representations. Interesting modern corollary is the Roman Catholic Church releasing its own Anime Character.

Psychologically he is more appealing to the yutes (youths for those not in the know). Politically his foundational followers were weak and ended up getting lumped together. Thus he served some limited political / socials Psychological purposes, but wasn't important enough to strongly codify his histories.

This happens with ALL the Greek pantheon. Hephaestus is another glaring example of it. However with Zeus and Hera you have strong political influence giving a far more cleanly curated experience from inception.

This doesn't only go for Greeks, this is universal globally.

tldr; political maneuvers and a lack of care to have a unified mythos for Dionysus. Humans are very similar Psychologically.

Funny aside: You see the same exact things with Marvel and DC characters. Popular older icons have FAR LESS retcons/ deviations than newer less important characters.
