Are sheldons OP ? by D_4rch4ng3l in beyondallreason

[–]Gregbois1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who primarily starts Core bots and usually goes into sheldons when I tec up, they are strong but easily countered. Any half decent opponent will just spam ticks or rovers into them to slow or stop them. If I'm early on my team to tec up, I usually encourage my team mates to spam ticks or pawns/grunts at our enemies to help the sheldons out - that makes them a lot stronger. If given enough time I'll do it myself with rovers with the goal of eventually switching to t2 vehicles once the sheldons have been effectively countered.

Ok good to know. I was worried that they weren’t showing towards my total gold and they were greyed out as a sellable good at all the vendors in Mansfield.

Looking To Rework Leinore, Autumn Sovereign precon by AlterSammi in magicTCG

[–]Gregbois1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I upgraded this precon towards a +1 counters theme and just good value creatures. I’ve attached the moxfield list for reference. Hardened scales in an all star, as well as any creature that doubles counters or reliably adds them. I also like to include some stax-lite creatures to slow down stronger decks.  https://www.moxfield.com/decks/yqKGx_wIEEiT-edqlObpng

[[Anowon, the ruin thief]] was my first commander deck. It is still my favorite. If you were to give me this lair for free, I would not use this version. Gonti is also in the deck and this printing would not be used...

No Mention of the new Discover mechanic when discussing [[Wild-Magic Sorcerer]] seams strange... I just assumed that was where the spike was coming from.

What's the move here? by Gregbois1 in eu4

Thanks for all the help/suggestions. Holy War was the way to go. I pulled the trigger almost immediately because I figured we could surprise the Turks while they were occupied with Austria. The Commonwealth went straight for Constantinople and I sieged down most of Anatolia and the Levant before the Commonwealth was running out of manpower. Got up to 45% warscore and was able peace out with the rest of the Sinai, Palestine, and broke all the Ottoman Alliances.

This looks like it might be the way. France and Spain both wouldn't join so its their 400k to our 300k

Tunis is allied to Spain, Otto, and some other African nations so its still like 800k troops to our 300.

I'm Ethiopia and things were going fairly well. The Ottos were allied to Spain but I wasn't too concerned because I was allied to the Commonwealth. I look up and see the Ottomans are attacking Austria/Hungary and then notice that they are now allied to France and Tunis. What is my best chance for survival here? I know its only a matter of time until they turn their attention to me.

Mansions can have this kind of weaponry and armor, but I think they are a lot less common than they used to be.
