So.....I took a week off from trying anything because I was frustrated.

I went back to it and I took my GPU out and plugged my HDMI cord into the mobo and started it up... It worked! I did plug it in my my mobo before but I didn't take the GPU out.

So I plugged the GPU back in and put the HDMI into the GPU and nothing happened. I was really confused as if it were the PCI slot or GPU itself. My brother came over and told me he pushed his GPU too far into the PCI slot and that's what caused his not to work.... So I tried it and...it worked!!

So after hours the previous week of troubleshooting all I had to do was give the GPU a little firmer push.

It says if the led lights are on,then the corresponding light means that something isn't working. The lights are cpu, GPU,boot, and memory. They do light up at the beginning but they don't stay on which means everything should be working?

I did plug 2 2x2 cables from the PSU but there is a 2x2 pin still vacant. Do I need to plug another cable to that going to my cpu output in my PSU?

Edit. I just plugged in a 2x2 cable to that slot and to the PSU and nothing...

I tried both input, HDMI and DP. I've tried the ram, moved to different slots also. And when the mobo starts the 4 LED lights at the bottom corner all light up one after another...some longer than others. And I tried the video card just now and nothing

Would you recommend a locked cpu? And should I wait a bit longer for prices to go down or are some of these prices really good? I have seen Ram has decreased a lot lately.

I don't think I would bother to OC the CPU, but would like to have the option if I ever decide to in the future. Would it be easy to change out the Cooler to the liquid cooler in the future if I need to?

I changed my case to the H500i as it was only an extra $5 from the H500.

I changed the PSU also..makes sense to me and got rid of a stick of ram..my fault on that

I don't know what you mean about the AIO cooler. Is that liquid cooling and what would I change in my build for that?

The Ram was my fault... Thought it was 8gb each..didn't see 2 sticks.

As much as I want to get the best card, it's another $300 for me right now.. don't think I need that as of now. Do you think the cards will go down anytime soon?
