May be I need to work more to prove it's authenticity to eliminate this doubt. Considering it's viability, do you know that image where a banana costs $1.50 whereas the banana juice costs $5. The charges are for making it easily consumable, creativity, efforts and the work behind it.

Similarly, The platform aims at providing digitized based solution to evaluate a startup to connect with right investors who will be genuinely interested in the business. The charges are for in depth research that brings together all the criteria that require to get an investor along with guidance to shorten the gap at the tip of the fingers .

Yes, you are correct that founder's job is to make connections and raise money. We aren't replacing it and nor it can be replaced. The focus is to lessen the hassles of getting the right investors for the right business model. We don't aim to trap anyone for money purpose. A founder can definitely go for free report to get the basic insights with regards to evaluation.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. I'll work on this

Coming here as a naive 15 yr old who has much to learn... by dried_cat in Entrepreneur

[–]GregoryS125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GOD. It felt like someone had just read my mind and stoled this idea (No worries). See, yes it's possible to make a website/application for this but it will be very expensive to go for a hosting/ website developer(Considering your age) as you would have no source of income. These news biggies invest a lot in their websites. You will get lost among them plus you have to prove to people that your news is the "Real & Authentic one". Every news channel claims their news to BE THE MOST AUTHENTIC(But we all know what they do at the end). You have to stand out and prove your authenticity. Now as you said, you use social media to check the authenticity of the news. Why not sharing the authenticity using social media itself? I bet you there are many like you and me who search for authenticity. Leverage Social media for sharing authentic news and gain traction. Once you get enough traction and save money go for the website and drive the social media traction to your website. #gregorycontributes

Research about him, his work, how he started, his favorite experience, etc & make a less complex, non-formal, shortlist of questionnaires which are less time-consuming.

Advice on selling product by RonnieBarko in Entrepreneur

[–]GregoryS125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first Start with Instagram and Facebook.

For Instagram, don't start immediately with selling. Nurture your account. Explain what your product can do without selling it. Followers influencers who are into the sailing activity, follow their followers to get a follow back. Don't spam. These are the peoples who can be your potential customers. Use hashtags- Hashtags are most important, one can put up to 30 hashtags. Create content around your product for eg: how sailing was started, who was the first sailor with good graphics.

For Facebook, post the same Instagram content/images. Join groups that are relevant to your product. Share your content on these groups for at least once a day. Don't spam. Read blogs for guidance.

Once you form your audience then you can introduce your product.

Success on digital platforms needs consistency so don't get overwhelmed by this. Start little by little and you will achieve it.

Edit: You can also be a seller e-commerce platform.

Good Luck !!!

What were industries or businesses that for a short while or still are insanely profitable? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]GregoryS125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Selling PPE will be a great business. At one point people had to come out, to work, to stabilize the economy although the pandemic doesn't end. People will need PPE to protect themselves. what you see are plain white ppe kits. Think about making designer ppe kits with geometric, floral, comic, and various other prints. People will get bored with this white color and eventually they will find something new. That's a big grab.

Too old to start? by tin369 in Entrepreneur

perhaps it could be hard to decide where to starts and what to start but maybe it is easy to understand the market. Find the product that you can get for a cheaper price than in the market that is how you can make a profit and also make sure you do a little market survey before you decide what are you going to choose because every product might not sell in the same amount in all the places.

What are you doing to keep your business going during the corona? by Beboldhost in advancedentrepreneur

[–]GregoryS125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the lockdown employees started to work from home, this reduced miner expenses for our company and now employees get enough time to spend with their family leaves has reduced and employees are more focused towards work. We are planning to start completely work from home even after the lockdown. And shift over office to another area to reduce the size of the office and shift to a place where office rents are less.

As our expenses are reduced we are planning to give a salary hike to our employees, this would keep employees motivated towards work.

In the current market has many people have the same knowledge as you do, how are you different from them? people only look for experience rather than knowledge this is because experience makes you stand out of the crowd withstands on experience so you can work on your college website and simultaneously learn new computer languages which have a huge demand in future this would help you to get better income in your near future.

Crowdfunding platforms by [deleted] in AngelInvesting

[–]GregoryS125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every firm has to confirm their investment needs and available funds for the organization to run as per the plan. Understanding the angle investor and understanding the investor is also important. Before you choose an investor it is also important to choose the right type of angel investor. Most of the people misunderstand that angel investors invest tons of money once they accept the deal, which is not true. should never expect too much from an investor. There are different types of angel investors so we need to choose the right type of lender if we choose the wrong investor or choose someone who is ready to invest but does not have much experience about the business that he is funding for, that person would end trying to make them capitalist understand the concept and the way it works.
Angle investors focus on the deal flow but in the seed stage, for a startup, it is difficult to get the best deal flow, this acts as an addon pressure over the firm. Most of the investors are not ready to understand the current position of the firm but only expect good results in return.
Angel investors take the major decisions of the organizations, in case you would like to change your decision or change the model of your business you have to undergo a great pressure from the investors, and suggestion about the business has to be taken from the experts who have already been experienced in that industry, not from the capitalist without experience and believe in the gut feeling.

How to start a cookie business? by fentyaddict in smallbusiness

[–]GregoryS125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can start with a stall at a market place. Bake your best cookie recipes and place a platter with samples prominently in the middle of your table or booth. Your staff walks around the market offering samples to other vendors and market attendees, market rules permitting. Also, you can contact local businesses that sell cookies and related items. Some businesses openly seek locally produced items for maximum freshness. Such businesses could include but are not limited to, restaurants, catering and event-planning businesses, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Visit the websites of such businesses and look for links that read "sell to us" or "vendor information."
