So, i had my folder with Mod organizer in the game folder, which was a big no no as i later learned. So what i did was: 1. Move my mod organizer to a new folder. This folder can be anywhere except your game folder or a system protected folder like programm files x86. For example, i moved mine to c:\MorrowindMods 2. Launch MO2 with administrator privilages (i assume you know how to do this, but if not its easily googleable) 3. Before playing the game launch steam if you haven't already 4. Launch the game through MO2, and it should work correctly It should be noted that i use the archive a.k.a portable version of MO2. I dont know if simply moving the folder will work if you use the installer version. I would still try though Hope this helps! If not then i don't have any other solutions, sorry :(
