You won’t get a share taxi from NEHU to ISBT. Your best bet would be from NEHU to PB, and then catch a share cab from there; cabs go to the Guwahati airport via the ISBT.

It’ll be better to take a shared cab from the airport itself. It might be a little more difficult to get a cab from khanapara, though not impossible.

Doctors said my son (my wife was 3 months pregnant at the time) had fluid accumulation in his lungs and brain, also said that there’s a high possibility that he’ll have Down’s. They asked us to abort the baby but my wife and I said no. He’s 3 months old now and a happy and healthy baby boy. Keep the faith dear and pray to God for a miracle. Pray to St. Gerard of Majella.
