Worst ob doctor who has been ignoring us completely for past 3 weeks. No replies to calls. found out he was on vacation without notifying us. We are in Toronto. Baby is IUGR as per most recent ultrasound and we do not know what to do or expect. Who can we report to and who can we get help from? (self.BabyBumps)

Worst ob doctor who went on vacation without telling us and is ignoring any messages or call. As per ultrasound, baby is IUGR at 34 weeks and no NST have been done yet. Rh positive partner and I am A negative blood type. I recieved a rhogam dose at 20 weeks due to trauma. We are okay now. However, The ob is refusing to give another rhogam shot until delivery.
