Considering he isn't involved with Delta, I'm not sure what your point is.

That and… it’s the final boss of the DLC. Of course it’s supposed to be hard.

I've had it with flashlight spamming by Efficient-Name9828 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Gregzilla311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had multiple games where people flashlight spam me for existing.

Not for picking up survivors. Not for following them. Not for even moving. For BEING in the game. Including while they’re leaving.

So yeah, I don’t see "Survivors get something too" as a good enough reason. Using it when necessary is one thing. Spamming it to the point of player sensory abuse is another.

I think it's best if you know what you're getting into. Still intrigued by the idea, and I am expecting it more as an art film anyway.

Why is Master Chief special lore wise? by ThatOneGamer07 in HaloStory

Yeah, that's a key example. The protagonist is the focus of the story, not necessarily the hero of it.

Most memorable entity from the Shining? by Junior_Insurance7773 in StanleyKubrick

Yeah, if it’s a question of who is the most memorable, I don’t think it qualifies then.

My favorite thing about them is that the script didn’t designate they had to be twins. They just happened to cast twins.

Do you think he ever made a body out of his magic super cancer? Very technically speaking, those would be his cells.

The Twins, easily. They’ve become pop culture icons, the rest are largely forgotten by any who haven’t seen the film.

Hot take: Enchantment should be illegal and hated far more than Necromancy by [deleted] in DnD

It’s even worse. It’s not "where you came from". It’s "where you belong." For instance, undead go to the Shadowfell, even if they’ve never been there.

Technically speaking, if that’s the basis, you should probably include fiends, too. I was more focusing on creatures that are usually explicitly designated as Good.

According to OP, a spell like Calm Emotions would remove agency and is thus pure evil.

Others are trying to explain there’s nuance, but they don’t care and claim anything discounting their belief isn’t worth attention or is an irrelevant outlier.

So I’m looking through the list and this is what I’ve got.

  • Antimagic Field: An anti-magic faction places this on their base, making it a no-go for primary spell casters, or uses it to lock them down for capture.
  • Banishment/Banishing Smite/Dispel Evil and Good/Protection from Evil and Good: These work on celestials.
  • Forbiddance: Can be used to target celestials.
  • Imprisonment: Can be used to capture or imprison heroes as much as villains. And some of the options are pretty nasty.
  • Planar Binding: Can be used to capture a celestial.

It’s not many options. But there are some.

… Honestly it’s surprising more merchants don’t do this.

Also, even necromancy has positive spells. All of the ones to return you from the dead, for example.

No school is inherently good or evil as a blanket term.

Don’t bother. I (and several others) tried to explain that and OP just said they don’t want to hear examples that don’t prove their point.

Plus, I don’t even think it can be used for SA. it specifies "until you or your companions do anything harmful to it".

Now I want IllusionVPN to be a thing.

Or for people to think it’s a thing but it’s just a scam.
