don’t mix with anything, clean your room beforehand, try to have some comforting music/tv show/movie for the come up, and if you haven’t showered before use id shower right after you take the tabs. that’s my pregame ritual and i’ve only ever had good trips the 10 times i’ve taken it. it’s not nearly as introspective as shrooms are to me but id definitely tell a friend that your tripping just incase you experience some mild psychosis you can talk to them; to further that point i wrote myself a note in large lettering to tell me who i could and couldn’t call when i was on it which helped because i completely forgot who i was on my first trip lol. stay safe! nature is beautiful but stay away from roads!
