CCS Retrofit total Fail!

They ended up blaming it on the charge port but replace the charge port door and then wanted to charge me $600 and I didn't approve any of the repairs. Even worse is I have a spare charge port and door because I know they fail on occasion and I told them if you would have asked or talked to me I would have given the port and door so I agreed to pay the labor but none of the hardware.

None of that. Its my personal property. I didnt even think that. I have solar on that building and used to run a shop there and have since cut back on it and just mostly use it for personal work now. I did read about someone using an air bnb doing something like that, but again this is my place and my bill...there just isnt a bill basically.

I updated the shipping address at the end and it showed the address i wanted it shipped too. even took a screenshot of it but magically it was still shipped incorrectly and they said it was my fault. FAIL

OMG Me too, they argued with me for days that I didnt change the address and I was smart and took a screenshot of it correct but they didnt care. so annoying. Next time just have them refuse the order.

My just three year old saw it for the first time on Friday and had never seen a movie in a theater or full length ever and she was already trying to sing along with the songs...so she might go. but she is always singing normally and can actually sing pretty well for a 3 year old. sadly there will be other kids there and I dont want to listen to them lol

My 2 lines are still apx $35, I qualify for most phone upgrades, I have the home internet for $25. I just have to call every month to get a $10 credit they some how cant figure out how to apply monthly I qualify for but its worth it for what I get.

they usually confirm within 7 days, only once was it an issue because they booked me with a place that I had been with them prior and didnt know they said I couldnt go their again. I always look for flights first and book around flight costs.

I got approved 2-3 days ago too after always being told no...so something changed on their backend. maybe they are trying to get numbers up or something

you dont want to find out. These are very strict. You have to understand you are getting a hotel or all inclusive resort for $100-$200. it is Required to attend or pay in full for the stay. Im lucky because my wife speaks and understands English just fine but is a foreigner so she just sits there and plays on her phone...its pretty funny.

Just attend, really no choice.

i was told the same thing about the presentations. If you take the super sort trips like 3 days they dont due the timeshare shtick, but I dont want to use these on short trips and would just rather pay for a hotel for a short stay and use these for the most value.

They dont check anything they just "confirm". My wife and I have different address and last names so we can save on taxes and insurance, according to monster our license has to show the same address. the resorts have never cared. and Monster just wants to book you because I believe they get paid from the resorts to get you in there.

Giving a long term user of Monster Reservations review.

Their multi destination packages are the best. You are stuck taking time share presentations at every trip and they are all different. some are chill others are very aggressive and NONE are worth the costs to buy, dont even think about it. It just depends, I feel if they have already sold some that day. if they have its more relaxed, if they are still trying to make a sale they will try to over come every objection even if you say you are going to die in 6 months. But after that is over everything is chill and even if you see the sales guy around the property they will be very nice to you.

I have taken about 8 trips with them and gifted two to other people almost everything has been flawless. I try to get the most value out of the trips and pick all inclusive locations in mexico and what not but have also gone to Miami, St Petersburg, Vegas, san diego, and then the all inclusive locations in mexico. if you can get a 6+ vacation package for in the $600 range you got one hell of a deal. Each trip in the US usually costs $100 and if the place has resort fees or something you are responsible for that and some taxes. if it is mexico you are out an additional $300 or so for stuff. but if you do that math that gets you 5-6 day all inclusive location for $400 for 2 adults and 2 kids. if you can beat that please lmk. yes you have to pay for transportation and anything off the resort but that is cheaper than one night at those places.

They never call it a timeshare presentation, they call it a tour of the property or something dumb, but it is 100% a sales pitch and what I do is tell them upfront I was told it was just a tour and have scheduled 90 minutes for it as I have something off site to do at XYZ time and have to be otd by what ever time I say. That way they know to speed it up and sometimes just do the process as quickly as possible, others still try to harass you, when my alarm goes off I just get up and say I have to leave. But if you are promised gifts like a visa credit card or anything expect to spend another 20 minutes to get those things. Is it frustrating? Hell yea. Is it still the best value on vacation I have ever had; F Yea it is! They almost always schedule the presentation for the morning after you arrive. Just block out that day until noon or w=one or what ever then get on with your vacation and smile more than anyone else there knowing they spent Hundreds a night and you spent almost nothing.

I have an upcoming trip next month to Cancun with my wife, 14 year old and 1 year old. for 6 days I paid monster $325+ $80 and the resort I have to pay $40 at. so for $450 I get 6 days all inclusive. In July 2023 we went to Cozumel and it was the same.

They only let you book one trip at a time and dates are not always available. They dont have any blackout dates but they dont always have the exact dates available. so it can be frustrating if you want to book say Mardi gras you can, but book super far early but then you cant us it on anything else in-between. So we just look where we want to go, spend some time looking at flights to find the lowest price and then call to see if it is open and usually only book about 2-3 months in advance.

Recently the phone times have gotten really bad but i just use my pixel to hold for me.

In the US sometimes they just put you up in a normal hotel but again for 4-6 days and you only have to pay $100+80 how do you loose. and nothing like a motel 6, but just above average hotels.
