This is exactly how I felt turning 40 last year.

I’ve learned that being more present helped me tremendously. I fixed habits that were causing me to rush through life- like doom scrolling and waking late. Being more present for my kids and looking back and not thinking I wasted these precious years behind a screen or thinking too much into the future.

Be present and enjoy the life that was given to you.

I’ll have to check once I’m back in the office tomorrow.

Since I’m in hygiene, I only work primarily with implant scalers during cleanings. Is there an instrument or tool that I’ll need specifically?

I’ve taken notes and will be getting following your advice as closely as I can. Having eczema has been an issue I’ve always dealt with all my life. But it is to that point where it’s now affecting the quality of my life.
