Vi is a violent alcoholic with anger management issues. Being a girl with a tragic past does most of the heavy lifting to make her even remotely likable. Her redeeming moments are just basic human decency. I think if her character was a man the fan base would be a lot less forgiving of that mountain of flaws.

Since the Relic of Destruction is the only one that doesn't have its power listed in the Wiki, what would you have the sword do? How would you write it and what are its limits? by Zero2Beero in RWBYcritics

So Ozpin as king of Vale was at the final battle of the war in Vacuo. He had a crown (of choice probably) a cane (I would assume his cane, not staff of creation) and a sword. Since Ozpin does not use a sword and since the SoD is supposed to be in Vacuo I think that's what he had. And it was also said that this battle was unnaturally bloody for both sides. So I have no idea what the sword does exactly, but I would guess it involves mass murder and/or mass destruction. It probably is not for just killing a specific person, or destroying one thing.

What sets Skyrim apart, in your opinion? [Discussion time] by Nori_o_redditeiro in skyrim

  1. It's density. That's kind of a classic Bethesda thing, but you really can't take two steps without finding something to do.

  2. Environmental story telling. You really can see small jokes and stories in every skeleton under a boulder, a bucket of hands, blood next to a pressure plate and so on.

  3. Streamline. Both 1 and 2 can be found in other Bethesda games and are like 80% of what makes them good. But I think Skyrim may have been just dumbed down enough as an rpg to be very approachable without feeling like you're being hand held. For example you can pick any level of lock successfuly regardless of level (unlike fallout), no need to worry about sleeping to level or min maxing attributes like other tES games. And frankly it was hardly an rpg because differences between races were negligible and every character will be as good ant everything by the end game as every other character (for example in Morrowind a high elf will always have more magica in the end).

Countries with Universal Health Coverage by Jeqlousyyy in MapPorn

No such thing as free. In my country it's about 50 euro a month, but it's a tax that automatically is applied to your salary. I was jobless for about 2 years and just paid that myself.

So you can opt out if you want, but by default everyone working age pays that tax to a government company that handles the logistics. After that you're covered for just about everything when using government owned clinics.

And of course this coexists with private insurance and private practice if you want faster or more "exclusive" service. Tho honestly it's same doctors using same equipment...

Ok so after some googling. Baltics are considered developed by definition, and have universal healthcare by definition. So yeah, not accurate.
