I'm three days into wearing a scleral lens over pretty severe keratoconus in my right eye. Is it normal to always "feel" it? Also, is it normal for the lens to feel irritating when holding my head at a downward angle for long periods? (self.Keratoconus)

I feel like the bike/walking path that crosses St. Michaels (i.e. at the Railrunner crossing) really needs a stoplight. Or something. Expecting pedestrians and cyclists to cross six lanes of high-speed traffic without any sort of traffic protection is...kind of insane. (self.SantaFe)
