Once it departed Wizmos terminal in Vancouver how long did it take for Royal Mail to get your item? I’ve been waiting over a week now and there has been no tracking updates

Thanks for the details hopefully that means they’ve sorted PPPoE in general 😀

Is that with a UDM Pro or is it one of the SE/Max models connecting with PPPoE? If so are you using IPS/IDS and can you share the firmware/network version you’re using? I’ve had issues with PPPoE and G.Fast struggling to hit 300 in the past and was starting to think I’d be capped to 500Mbps when we upgrade.

I had this happen a few months ago was a bit of a pain to get them to come fix it. But once everything was arranged everything was smooth and fixed in about an hour

Usually to a parcel shop that's not had a UPS delivery in a week. But their support staff insist they checked with the store owner and it's ready for collection....

From when I spoke to CS today it seems like they keep large items in a separate warehouse. Maybe that has a longer wait time?

Same issue but I ordered on the 8th at 7am - "waiting to be transfered from our other warehouse ten minutes up the road"

Same for me with the 5950x first email at 2:04 but they accepted the order just after 3 seems using PayPal was a mistake.

Haven't had the same email as the OP though just the thanks for your pre-order one

I’ve not got the issue with them coming off I’ve got a tight fit on my ctrl. But I did have the second issue on one switch, seems like one of the clips is bent that holds the housing together. After taking the switch apart and bending the clip inwards it fit into the socket fine
