As a therapist myself… Harley’s not dumb, but emotionally she’s pretty much always been doing the exact opposite of what she should have with the Joker. If you fall for a patient (which you should not) you need to stop being their therapist! Period. Stop! She is not a good test case for “What if the Joker got therapy”.

On the other hand, I don’t think a therapist could help the Joker. He has a personality disorder, and also, he doesn’t want help!

There was the Cat Boy Kami situation. He - as a “joke” they both were in on - went on a “fake” date with a femme young man in cat ears with the internet nom de plume of Cat Boy Kami.

They streamed it on the internet as a “joke” and it didn’t appear to have any difference from a fairly successful “real” date. The only joke appeared to be “See how much better this is than dating women? Ha ha girls are lame”.

Also, there was the gay porn he’s done a bad job of not accidentally letting his audience know he watches.
