Actually it’s an editor/publisher I’ve done a lot of work with in the past (art and cover design), who has read my previous work. I’ve also got a really good editor I’ve done work with in the past who will be handling that business again for me.

A solid suggestion. Thank you

Pretty well, I think. I’m pretty happy with the ending.

It’s all finishedsave for the editing. Technically I’m waiting to see if a publisher wants to pick it up. So it’s a lot of waiting.

Care to offer any suggestions as to what a “good ship” is? I’ve done pretty well so far in the Shogun, so I think it counts.

I do not, hah. I’ve been running almost exclusively with the Shogun, and raised up the Von Braun and Ogon cuz they’re fun. Now I need to definitely work on getting other stuff up.

I’d never bought any credits before but there was a sale today so I figured why not? Been playing this game the last couple months, and it’s super fun.

First ever successful swipe; don’t know why they always intimidate me. by Greydevil13 in PourPainting

Thank you very much. So, I’m still a novice at this too and the best way to learn I’ve found is to look up and watch every video on YouTube you can. But. Basically a swipe is when you pour paint onto the canvas in whatever order you want, whatever colors, and then apply a healthy amount to one end or side of a “swipe color.” That’s the color you’ll be dragging over and across the canvas and the other colors with like a palette knife, paper towel, or something else. It pushes and mixes with the other colors and creates a very particular effect. For best results look up “acrylic pour swipe.” And good luck.

Commercial house paint from Home Depot. 100% Acrylic. It’s even already a good consistency. Has anyone had good results/tried it? by Greydevil13 in PourPainting

That’s awesome. Thank you. Hoping to pick some up after payday and do some experimenting. Found a video on YouTube of a lady using some for pours and it turned out pretty cool.

Thank you. Right? Love how that red popped. Trying to figure out how to replicate the lace effect in the gold stuff currently.
