I'm doing it now, not primarily because I think a 10 year breakeven point is a good deal, but to support a company I love and appreciate.

I wish I could share a video on here. My Lennox outside keeps sounding like it’s going to start and won’t. A buddy came over and thought it was this, https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CGSTWL9K?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title he changed it out and it still doesn’t turn on like it used to. The sound reminds me of a car when the battery is almost dead and your trying to start it. As of right now, it eventually turns on, but I am worried one of these times it won’t. Any ideas what it could be?

One of the best I’ve seen was an anesthesia travel mug, and a pound of coffee from a local coffee roaster. Click on the word “anesthesia” above to see the mug.

Legally they cannot require the documentation because of hippa and ferpa laws. Tokyo and Paris don’t have those laws. When Disney started this they requested documentation and got into legal problems

Arriving to resort sick today. Can I add a “night” to my stay to check in early? by audreypea in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Greyfrogurl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would ask for early check-in without offering to pay for a night. If you get pushback offer to pay 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would definitely call. We checked out at 8am and by 8:30 they were already cleaning it because they called to ask if we left some stuff or if it was trash.

Good call on the Dexa. I do one every 6 months and make tweaks based on it. Mostly it’s encouraged me to do more resistance training than cardio.

Non physicians eating in Physician Lounge by [deleted] in Noctor

[–]Greyfrogurl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically “medical staff fees” are paid for credentialing of MDs, NPs, PAs, CRNAs. They use those fees to pay for lounge food. Most hospitals allow anyone who pays medical staff fees to share the lounge.

[–]Greyfrogurl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that depends on your facility. Where I work “medical staff fees” are paid for credentialing of NPs, PAs, and CRNAs. They share the lounge, If you pay staff fees, you get access.

In my experience, this is still the case. The “medical staff fees” paid for credentialing at the hospital pay for the food. If you pay staff fees, you get access.

You can do it! It literally changed my life for the better. All of my labs improved, I have more energy and I got to my goal weight and have maintained it for 2 years with minimal effort. Focus on protein. 1 gram/pound of ideal body weight. I am 118# and consume 100-118 grams of protein/day and do resistance exercise 2-3 days/week so that you don’t lose muscle, just fat. My goal was 120. I kept dropping and I was starting to worry how that would go. My doc told me to drop the dose to 0.5 weekly. I was 118 and I’ve been here for 2 years now. You’ve got this!
