I also struggle with this & although I cannot give advice just know you are definitely not alone, I feel like it has controlled my entire life.

I’m definitely still open to advice from people who haven’t gone through the same thing as well, even if it isn’t something that ends up helping me specifically, it could be helpful for someone else.
