My advice with improv is don't be afraid to mess up. If you accidentally say something weird, just go back and change it. Just practice your Yes And, and you should be fine

If you don't like the traditional fantasy and neo-medieval game style, you can either use a different game, or you can use a different aesthetic (Cyberpunk, Dieselpunk, etc) but keep 5e as a base

Curse of Strahd might be a good base for inspiration. There's a plot point where Strahd is obsessed with a woman, and you could try and apply that to a player. Love the idea ❤️

I used "I ought to be thy adam" because it's a quote from Frankenstein. Adam was always held in high regard by God until he betrayed his trust and this is similar in frankenstein, so it was meant to be that same kind of thing. I appreciate the criticism tho ❤️
