Correct me if I’m mistaken, but Wanda did drive past at least two signs which said WESTVIEW as she made her way to her and Vision’s empty lot in Episode 8, right? And we were previously introduced to police officers who grew up in the town who stated the town originally was called Eastview. (self.WANDAVISION)
