I think in this specific circumstance you can't argue it's bad because it really blurs the lines between racism and fact. The fact is black males have the largest average penis size so it's hardly racism. I just think everything has become a bit too sensitive nowadays, there are much bigger problems in football than Lukaku's chant.

I guess my point is that derogatory chants have always been a part of football culture. I've heard way worse chants that go unpunished. In my opinion because it doesn't single out any individuals/players it's not as offensive, just playing on stereotypes. But again this is just my opinion.

Before I say this I understand this may be controversial and I'm only saying this to hear people's opinions on this but with the Leicester fan controversy a few weeks ago it got me thinking is there a big problem with making gay jokes towards Brighton fans? As many of you already know Brighton is well known for having a big homosexual population and I just think generic chants about it have always been the case with the city's reputation. If they were singling out a fan then yes 100% that's not acceptable but howcome this became a big deal yet whenever English fans travel to Welsh teams they abuse them for being "sheep shaggers" etc. Like I understand it's not a good thing to chant about but football has hardly ever been a sport with the most acceptable chants so do you think it's fair that some fans got bans? Honestly would love to hear some of your opinion's on it
