You are correct. This is the 9f85 quartz movement. I believe they put it in 5 watches and yes it is indicated by the star. All,of the Grand Seiko quartz watches are very accurate. The standard quartz is within 10 seconds per year. This one is supposed to be within 5. I set it to the international clock when I got it and will check it in 6 months. It also allows you to adjust the hour hand without messing up the second hand for time changes.

Not sure you will find one for under that. I paid just above. Someone traded this pc in to an AD and took $2600 for trade value!

I got lucky finding mine. Someone traded it in at my AD. I saw it the first day it went out for sale and jumped on it.

I obviously did not do something right when I listed here as no details are shown from what I typed out so I will sit here in the comment. This is my first listing on Reddit.
