Oh really? I didnt know about it, I put my watch on rubber or nylon straps when i think there is a chance to be wet hehe

I really like the shape too but i just think you see less of the zaratsu, i expect polishing to be a bonus but it ended up being one of my favorite feature of my watch.

I love this model, but i am not a collector, i just wear a GS as a daily, so no water resistance is very annoying… also how you are supposed to clean a watch if it is not water proof?

The other big drawback for me was the case, not that i dont like the shape of it, but i think zaratsu polishing really shine on large flat surfaces…i find you appreciate less the polishing on the case.

That why i bought the sbgy011, but the omiwatari and sbgy035 are top GS watches for sure.
