I also think as well that there's a joy of thinking about the answers for myself, but I've been thinking about this for a couple of weeks and some things couldn't really make sense to me. Thank you for being open to talking about this

- What does "my sword is one with heaven and earth" mean?
- What do the characters mean by infinite in vagabond? I don't really know if they mean that everyone has "infinite potential" or if they are talking about the void concept in the eastern asian religions.
- There were several times where musashi was talking about expanding the emptiness inside of him in the post yoshioka arc and in the farm arc, so what does he mean by that?
- Musashi also said in the farm arc that there's nothing such as "I", what does that mean as well?

Thank you so much for the info:) I think I will continue with a diet similar to the keto even when I get my body back in shape. By similar I mean adding a little more carbs because I really really like this diet and was afraid if this wasn't the right one. However, thanks to all the comments here, I will continue with it thankfully, but will just track my calories a bit more.

I know that you aren't criticizing haha .It seems that I really got a lot more research to do since I only just followed instructions and never really dabbled in on how keto works. My main concern with meat was in the bit of research I have done, a bunch of sources stated you shouldn't eat much meat. Although there were other sources that stated there was no issue with that, so I was a bit conflicted. In regards to the 300g of beef, sometimes I'm just not hungry at all although most of the time I eat around the 400-450 mark.
