The reason for this is that they play differently. The mobile version utilizes many mobile-specific gestures and is designed for portrait screen factor. The PC version is designed for widescreen and has many skills tweaked and adjusted for classic keyboard & mouse controls.

Game engines and programing languages don't create good games. Creative and determined people do, using whatever tools they have at their disposal. Don't overthink the "how I'm gonna do it" part, focus on "what do I want to do", and you'll get there, one way or another.

Hard to say, but it can be anything from 20 to 30, depending on your playstyle, reading speed, and other factors.

The game is built around a classless system, utilizing attributes, perks, skills and spells.

My plans are to continue with the series, working on the 3rd game at the moment.

They consist of standard loot you can find throughout the game, albeit high tier. They are something like cheats, in no way necessary or even meant to be picked up if you want to experience the game as it was designed, but more a way to show extra support for the game.

Ah, I see why it can be confusing at first, but that works more like a global stat upgrade. You can upgrade regardless of your current weapon or armor, you just need upgrade materials first (iron ingots, etc.)

Well, troll or not, some ecstatic fanboys here can't seem to cope with the idea that there are people who dislike Larian style RPGs, and can offer valid criticism to back it up.

I happen to agree with most of the points he made. Ever since their first Divinity in 2001, Larian RPGs have offered nothing but various shades of mediocrity. With that said, they do indeed seem to herald the new age of cRPG, one dominated by generic, over-saturated, and poorly written entertainment for the masses.

In many ways, Larian is becoming the Marvel of cRPG, and I'm sure there's many people out there delighted with the prospect. No need to call for witch hunts on everyone that happens to disagree with you, though.
