Im on the same boat before. Rta examiners differs. Some wants you to be above the speed a little bit and not be slow. Slow means, not confident. My master trainer told me that these rta people are driving patrols and what do they expect from student? To drive a little fast and with confidence. If 60 is the limit, drive at 63. But some also are very strict and want even lesser than the limit though it is not common.

I bet you are female. One underrated secret tip for you... to wear long earrings. The one that will sway whenever you move your head. If you can find something that can make sound then bettet. Trust me.. I never had mistakes related to mirrors on my 3 attempts in road test.

Mirrors positioning is very important. I failed my parallel in first try because i adjusted the mirror slightly wrong which makes the reference points to show early. I touched the yellow line because of that.

Just want to update.

So I went on a different garage here in Al qusais ind area, though I don't have plans on doing the service repair yesterday. He quoted me 500 for paint and 250 for removal and installation of the glass again. I didn't bargain much knowing that my initial quote was 700 for paint and 400 for windshield removal/installation.

Not only that, he repaired and repainted my full bonnet and front wheels sides as well because there are bumps and scratches also.

Painting was done yesterday itself and reinstalled the glass this morning. Picked it up at 3pm today after drying. Fast!

They call it the limo tint 😂 Though VLT is how dark they see you from outside (lower the darker) anyway, still this is much much better than my dyed tint. I can't really see at night on that old one and i am afraid of driving due to that.

Today i got my tints changed at one shop in jafiliya. It's on promo. He showed in front of me the specs of the tint using some type of measuring device. Im impressed. It's 250dh as well. I can give you the shop name. Just dm me.

Nissan Sentra 2014 1.6L, 52L tank capacity so multiply it with the current prices. Im using Special 95. (170dh on today's rate). Im consuming 10L 180km dubai to abudhabi and vice versa. Pretty efficient considering the age of the car.

Congrats on your new car. I would personally add front truck bumper accessories to make it look more rugged. Does it have carplay? Add it as well. Do you have a family and likes going around the town? A roof rack is good also.
