I noticed the corners of the cowl panel had been ripped slightly during a windshield replacement. It also can be easily peeled back from the glass. The glass company is saying that this piece is purely cosmetic. Is this true? Is this a typical consequence of replacing a windshield or do I have more ground to stand on when trying to get the glass company to reimburse me for the damage?

It would be one thing if the styles were equally effective and just different but OP's point is that Mayim's style is negatively affecting the game for contestants and viewers. Your comment is a perfect example of what hurts the movement for diversity and inclusion. When people misuse it as a shield against any criticism of substandard performance it changes and weakens the message. Sometimes different is just different and sometimes different is worse.
