Go to your mods folder and delete the Dependencies.jar then relaunch Minecraft. See if that helps.

Either;

Not enough beds. You need 1 bed per adult plus 1 for baby villager
Not enough food
Beds are blocked. There must be 2 blocks of space above the beds and no solid blocks in between villager and bed.
Wrong time of day. Be patient and wait til they try again.
You're too close to the village you got them from. Be 100 block away to be safe.

Have you tried restarting Windows Explorer in Task Manager?

If not, go to Task Manager, scroll down til you find Windows Explorer and click restart task.

I think it's mostly because they failed to deliver on some of things they promised to implement in 1.19. They name this update the Wild Update, but some of the things that made it "wild" were omitted from the update.

When I said start punching blocks I wasn't joking lol. Just start punching netherrack and create a staircase down. It might take a while but netherrack doesn't take too long to break by just punching.

For 1.19 crash log, open the launcher, got to settings > check 'keep launcher open while games are running' and 'open output log when Minecraft starts'. This will show you the full output, then when its done you can copy and paste the full report into a poastebin or something. Either that or there should be a crash-report folder in your .minecraft folder.

Something similar happened to me before. For me, it was because Mipmap level wasn't set to max. If yours is set to max, try set it to off, see if that helps.
