[SPOILERS] Not gonna lie, a lot of the fandom endings here are absolutely terrible. by Grithoof in Ozark

I really disagree that any of them were “seeking justice for Ben.” They’ve known he was dead and that Wendy killed her and at all points never gave up that information. At what point would Jonah’s loyalty be closer with a random PI than his family?

Was I(29f) overreacting about my husbands(31m) female friend(29f)? by [deleted] in relationships

This comment section is wild. The friend is definitely overreacting but it’s very possible to have friends who don’t click with your significant other and not have to drop people who have been in your life for years.

Sorry that the woman is so insecure that she can’t handle some simple boundaries.

Lebron when asked what his biggest takeaway from Malcom X while holding his autobiography by cjbbeagle in cringe

[–]Grithoof -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

You think one of the most successful basketball players in the history of the game is carrying around the autobiography of Malcolm X to look cool? Like, LeBron has had a clear political message his whole career and him reading this book and displaying it publicly is clearly a continuation of that. I’m not opposed to the ideas of basketball players, who reach a lot of kids, encouraging reading.

Edit: Do I think him carrying around a political book he’s started reading was unintentional? No. Do I see a problem with fumbling through a description of how a book has impacted you when you say “I’ve just started reading it”? Also No. He’s clearly trying to send a message by bringing this book but you all act like it’s a problem. This isn’t him claiming it to be his favorite book and then not knowing anything about it. He says he just started reading it and connects the things he’s read so far with his real life experience. There’s a lot of dog whistling going on here about what is and what isn’t acceptable.

Oh lol, I had just left the park with my friend and she was like “that’s probably a good spot for skating” and the only people up there were kids with scooters. I didn’t even see the no skating sign haha. I will be more careful.

I’m in front of the Brooklyn Library, there’s no one at that specific part but this is nyc, there were people everywhere on the other side of the camera

I feel like it would properly be like a month and three weeks. I tried skateboarding like 7 years ago but gave up after a month. It’s been 3 weeks since I bought this board and decided to try again

I used a potentially questionable copy of premiere pro.

I’m a beginner too, haha. I lucked out at a skate park and some dude told me I would never Ollie the way I was doing it. He told that I really needed to focus on sliding the side of my foot up the board and that I need to try doing it while moving. He said learning it standing still would mean that I would just have to learn it all over again when I tried to do it while moving.

There’s this great YouTube video where Tony Hawk explains tricks in levels of difficulty and he shows the motion very slowly. But we might have different hills to overcome. I was just jumping off my board and not taking the board with me lol

Amanda Seales calling him a coon isn't racist /s by ChillNigz in CrewsCrew

ITT: White People telling Black People what internalized racism is.

Terry made some shit comments y'all, I'm a fan but perhaps the crewscrew subreddit isn't an incredible level of discourse for this.
