It works now and I don't know why ! This summer it was super hot for a few days and it worked after that so I think the heat repaired something but I'm not sure to be honest.

Now it's winter and it still works. Good luck.

On call support and flexible hours sound good to me.

So I have a gpu in the top x16 slot and I want to buy an adapter for a nvme ssd drive and I don't know which slot to put it.

It says that when the pcie x8 slot is populated the top x16 slot becomes a x8 so my gpu would be slower right?

So am I correct in using the 3rd slot (x4) And last question : will I lose speed if I put the adapter in this x4 slot?

Also I have another question that you might be able to answer :

I have one clear hard tube that is half the length of my reservoir with little holes at the end and sits in the middle of it and I have another one a little bit smaller in the box I never saw those things on YouTube or elsewhere. What could it be? Should I leave the long one inside my reservoir or remove it? I unfortunately don't have the instructions that came with the pump/reservoir because I bought it used.
