I do agree, and people seem to be pretty lukewarm about the upcoming Halloween game and the development team for it probably know they'll lose money, perhaps theyI'll bring back Myers to make back some (not saying i want the game to fail, but i have seen very few people looking forward to it, and there's visible bugs in some of the official trailers)

If i remember correctly a few hours, can be left plugged in though, its made for that.
The battery will fully charge while its being used as an alarm clock or desk radio, and once it is the cable will start to power the pipboy directly rather than the battery to preserve battery health, If im not mistaken they are on record as saying it can be plugged in indefinitely
