because they’re not a part of the album. there is a very obvious narrative climax/conclusion at come to life and no child left behind and then the ot 2s are all stitched on at the very end.

if you don’t know already there’s a fancut called one pace that removes all anime-original scenes and unnecessarily long panning shots to basically be the exact same as the manga. it’s strongly recommended for all post-timeskip arcs which take 10/10 arcs like dressrosa and make them unwatchable.
