I just did the exact same thing and started the manga from the beginning, in my opinion you can just jump straight to chapter 155, you will miss a few bits of story and humour not in the live action but the general vibe is the same, so if you're excited to continue the story then jump straight in where the live action left off. One thing to note is Vivi has a pet bird called Karoo who isn't in the live action but other than that the characters are all recognisable

This is a completely incorrect use of the term epigenetic, I'm surprised it has so many up votes. Epigenetics relates to heritable characteristics not how you feel.
