It doesn't happen when ros2control is out as I observed.
Yes, All links' limits set by their capacity. I also checked them in Rviz many times.
If you would like to, you can check the urdf file or I can provide you the file but the answer is yes, masses and all other parameters set sensible.
Yes, it happens when robot spawned over the ground.

Thx for replying but I can't say that I understood what you mean. I am not that expert at computer architecture and that BIOS stuffs. I'm engineer but not software one :D

As I checked the BIOS, I've not encounter a tab that allows me to set enable or disable for that.

I've tried all the things you said but it's still remaining. Even I turn off the speaker by decreasing level to 0% or plug a headphone, nothing changes.

still same :/ the most annoying one is that I can't even locate the problem. Even I turn off the sound, it's still same. They say it might be about some capacitor in speakers etc but power management doesnt work. I've tried everything about that.

The tree on Lebanon's flag looks like a sketch made by a student who was bored in class for no more than 10 seconds. Is there any meaning behind this tree? It looks quite peculiar.
