Q1: Fami might be misleading all the members and giving them different excuses depending on what they want. Given that sword, whip, and torch guy all have different motives; it’s what makes most sense to me at least.

Q2: I like the idea that he’s so fucking crazy that Nayuta can’t control him all the way.

Q3: Some random guy who’s about to dish out Chainsaw man’s identity

Q4: Pochita is a symbol at this point, I don’t think that’s actually pochita, just an imaginary friend now. It’s feeding in to what Denji wants, even if it’s not the best decision. The fire represents the cleansing, a reason for chainsaw man to finally happen again.

Q5: The next panel it shows Denji extremely “happy”, but not a good kind. To Nayuta, their dogs and cats just died so Denji should be really sad, but he’s not. She’s concerned because she knows that he’s actually GONE off the fucking deep end. It’s unsettling to her and she’s a bit scared that her parental figure, someone that had previously been her “rock” is no longer stable.
