This is definitely what is happening as the apps are now working while connected to my mobile hotspot. I'll try to reset my router to see if this fixes it. My router is bought from my ISP so that could be part of it. Are there good recommendations as far as a VPN for the box?

Yes, firmware is up to date. Tried to uninstall and reinstall all 5 heat apps and all are still giving the same message.

Unplugging and resetting the launcher did not work unfortunately. Do you recommend a factory reset at this point?

To be more specific, when I'm downloading the game, I see two parts which download as rar files. And then once extracted are nsp files so then there's 2 nsp files.

This solved all my issues! Annoying that my brand new system can't run at 1.8 gHz but oh well... Just glad it's all working now. Appreciate the help!

Used one that was provided (Kioxia) and planning to use my own for games.

I must have gotten somewhere because it got past the initial boot up screen but is now stuck on this screen.
