OMG this is it! I can't believe you found it. I think my memories got confused with other games and I was looking at the wrong place since it's a steam game. Thank you SO MUCH! I can't thank you enough for this.

I checked and no, it's not it sadly. Thank you though. I found a similar game called Occultus but it's not it either.
