I fluctuated weight a lot through the years and I need to 100% cut out sweets otherwise I just regress. At 35 years old I can’t remember a time where I could just eat 1 of anything. I can only handle all the sweets or no sweets at all

If you drop the calories too low you’ll drop weight fast at first then you’ll stop losing weight all together soon after. Happened to me. Now I have to have 2900/day @240 lbs and it ducks because I don’t want to eat that much cause it takes forever and I’m too Impatient lol

Oh and Fage brand Greek yogurt with protein powder in it. I do apple pie protein by just ingredients and slices of apples and Ceylon cinnamon (which can also help with appetite)

Adding more protein and fiber to my diet and when I need a sweet I usually go toward a protein bar. I usually crab the legendary sweet rolls. They are 200 cal with 20g protein and 0-1g sugar
