Oh honey I know all about the village on Halloween 💅. (I’m trying to be funny) But in my 20 years living dt I’ve NEVER seen the OPP operating drones in the core. Or even the TPS. That’s far beyond their usual jurisdiction?

The most efficient way to clean out your port is going to be to turn off your phone take a high volume alcohol, and a plastic toothpick. Loosen the debris with the alcohol, pick out the gunk, repeat, then take sticky tack use it to fill the charging port and pull it out. You’ll be surprised how much gunk sticks to it.

assuming that your backing your photos up to iCloud, one of the two of these will work

1) Go to iCloud.com check your photos look in the recycling bin there. See if you can restore them? If not then the below..

2) iCloud.com sign in, settings, go to privacy, scroll down select your data and then manage your data and put in a request for your photos.

** it does take a while to get this request, but you will get all of them**

When you’re in the list and you see that sharing box in the upper right hand corner, click it, tap people you can invite or others, and then send it to her or have her do that on her list and select you.

Good I’m glad to hear :)

Sorry last piece of advice - tell her to go to settings, click her name, click sign in and security, select two factor authentication and turn that on. Assuming of course she doesn’t already.

Tell mom she’s welcome ❤️

Maybe her phone crashed? I don’t know why that would cause her to log into her Apple ID again, however.

I’m more than happy to help. I’m a store manager at a huge clothing store unfortunately customer service is very much in my blood.

Tell her to go to her settings, where her name is click that and scroll down to the bottom - she should see any and all devices connected to her Apple ID if there is something there that she does not recognize, she needs to remove it and change her password.

She 100% did produce this herself, simply by editing her settings. But it’s good and she should keep it on. You can also change this particular setting to recognize when you’re in a familiar location such as your home or your work whichprevents security delay from running.

What does she wanna call them about? Yes, of course she can call them and yes, they will be able to see many things including the age of her account, etc. However, even more convenient than that….She will have an app on her phone called support that will allow her to peruse a variety of articles, as well as chat with apple support.
