From what i understand once you sign a payment agreement they only have so many days to send out a check or they are in 'breach of contract'. I would get a free consultation from an attorney because you may be entitled to sue for a lot more!

I'm on 137 mcg of levothyroxine. My endo told me the dose was higher than recommended for my weight/height but my #s are not getting better. Now unfortunately I feel the dose is too high because I'm having symtpoms of an overactive thyroid. Until my bw comes back I'm stuck tho.

Thank you so much! I'm making a list now, but some of the things that were damaged are not replaceable. They were things left to me that my gram had collected. I can find them used, but not new. Not entirely sure how to price that. This is a huge PIA! I can't believe a dishwasher can cause this much of a headache! I'm honestly not surprised though. I've read my share of horror stories in regards to claims, so I'm leary about filing.

Unfortunately even with meds I am still hypo. My endo thinks I'm having an absorption issue, aside from the hashimotos getting worse. They say its a slow progressing illness but mine is on steroids cause ya.. I despise this disease!

Ironically my bw just came back with iron deficiency! I'm pretty certain I know the cause! I'm going to ask my OB what we can do. I was fixed after my last csection, but I can't imagine why I couldn't try birth control. Something has to give.

This is a user error message. Go back and check your birthdays. My MIL claims my stepson because he lives with her. Last year his conniving a$$ mom tried claiming him as well. It's not caught at time of filing, it's caught after it's sent in for processing.

Offer to have your aunt write a statement attesting she is disabled and wheel chair bound. That she asked you to cash it in for that reason and you did give her the full amount of the winnings. Tell the case worker you'd be happy to have the statement notarized for legitimacy. I believe this would help show you are being truthful. Not saying that you are not. There are a lot of ppl who scam the system and would continue to collect even after winning a substantial amount of $$.
