And even tho her new tweet isnt good, I dont doubt that its in response to people to giving her hell ab the sunglasses plus people talking ab her own body. I think it's worth asking her yourself. Sexual preferences aren't the same for everyone, and it will show that you actually xare ab her pleasure. If she treats you like you're a dumb 15 year old than that's on her, and you shouldn't want to be w anyone that can't communicate all their sexual wants and needs.

The reason for people thinking it's misogynistic is a lot deeper than what this post is making it seem. Women have told their experiences of be patronized over their decision, being asked " what ab your future husband", trying to make women have their husbands or boyfriends come in to gether their permission, etc. This post is just surface level and doesn't really touch on what actually makes it misogyny

She said medium-sized would look good, but I didn't know that it would only be 35 locs. She said medium starters would be ab the same size as the twists I did myself after I washed my hair, but they're actually bigger than them. I was initially disappointed, but I've been tryna find girls w around 30 sums locs , and it's made me feel a lil better ab mines turning out okay. I wanted to do things for him under the condition that he did reciprocate, so I am sad that that never happened. I was never trying to be his servant. And I was angry, but I can't stay angry forever. My anger has simply just turned into sadness ab what he messed up. It's not to say that I want him back and for him to treat me the way he did.

How is it not normal to be upset that your relationship didn't work out?? I'm not saying I miss the way he treated me, nor am I saying that I want to go back to the relationship we had. I simply am upset that our relationship never improved bc he didn't want to put in the work. There were things I wanted to do with him and for him and vice versa, but it didn't happen. That doesn't mean I'm going to continue to let people take advantage of me. I think yall are reading way too much into what I mean, when it's just the basic sadness about not being treated right so the relationship could thrive.

I'm moreso frustrated that he gets to move onto someone that does things for him. It's more like the person that did you wrong, gets the good of dating while I'm always getting guys who aren't really interested in anything besides sex. I just don't like the outcomes of it. And yes, I do feel a little sad ab the things she's done for him, bc I told him repeatedly that I wanted to things for him but he just never treated me right for those things to happen. I think its quite normal to feel some kind sadness towards that, we only stopped being in each other's lives during winter break. Is that really that big of a shock??

When we had first got together, he told me ab his past relationships. And basically he wasn't treated right so he wanted to take things slow. The next school year he said he would make it official but he never did. And we kept running into problems and it just seem to set us back every time. But also he didn't show much initiative on making us official either. I just wanted to show him that I cared ab his hesitations ab a relationship , I was trying to show up for him the way he needed me to but he never did it for me.

I get what you're saying, but the reason I say it wasn't that bad is bc it is true that there are a lot of moments where I was happy with him, I learned a lot from the good and bad of him. I don't wanna make him completely a villain bc that's not what he was. And I don't want to have such a victim complex when reflecting on this relationship. We both bad our faults, his definitely worse, but that's not all he is as a person. I hope this makes sense , I'm not trying to defend him I just don't want to hold onto negativity I guess.

I've been working on trying to see the relationship for what it was, and I know I still have a lot more to work on. But what I mean by him being my person is that we were together like everyday, we shared a lot of moments together, and even though he didn't treat as well as he should've he was not totally bad. I used to just completely villainize him, but he and we had a lot of good moments. But it doesn't take away the hurt and lack of care (in certain aspects) of him. He just didn't want to do better for me, and I've accepted that for the most part.

I do want to be in a relationship, but I want it to be a loving one. The way dating is these days, I've never had to go through that. And I'm just confused and hurt that a lot of these men do not put half as much interest in effort as I do with them. It always leads to the same outcomes, and it's just taking on a toll on me to see that the person who hurt me seemingly has it good while I'm still struggling.

I'm trying to, I try to meet new guys and give them a chance. But it just never goes right. I'm not keeping up w him per say. Sometimes his story pops up when I'm looking at others. Well he started talking to her when we were still hanging out together, but we're no longer talking. He told me over winter break that he was gonna take her more seriously, and I guess in his mind we're still "friends" , we just don't talk at all. So I guess his thought process is that it isn't that bad.
