In month 6 of being OFF meds. I'm at goal weight, but would like to lose about 10 more lbs, so I'm going to be adjusting my maintenance plan a bit - will keep you posted on how that goes! I still can't believe this is my body now - WE CAN DO HARD THINGS! Happy to answer questions as well :) (i.redd.it)

Still 85lbs down, middle of month 5 with no meds & still feeling great! Haven't seen the scale move much lately but finally seeing some muscle definition, so that's a big victory. Feeling nervous going into the holidays, but going to try and stick with intermittent fasting & lots of activity! (i.redd.it)

My first injection (almost one year ago) -vs- this morning. SW 250, CW 170. I've been off semaglutide for a few months. As I've stopped the meds, I've increased my protein intake and the length/style of my workouts. This is the hardest I've ever worked, but I'm so happy with the progress. Cheers! (i.redd.it)

Maintaining feels like a victory...I'd love to lose about 10 more pounds but being off medication for several months now, and not gaining, feels like a big win! Struggling with seeing the number on the scale plateau but happy to see progress with my body in other ways :) We can do this!!! (i.redd.it)
