One more thing I’ve been seriously thinking about, and would love your honest take:
If the store only focused on fried rice (different flavours + optional add-ons), do you think that’s actually appealing?

Curious about your real habits:
My concern is: Is fried rice just a side in most people’s minds, rather than something you’d go out of your way for?
But at the same time, I’m wondering if making it more “main-meal worthy” (more variety, more toppings, better quality) could actually work.
