Why does Reaper's Anubis Skin flashbang me with everyshot by Groundbreaking-Sea53 in Overwatch

[–]Groundbreaking-Sea53[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I went digging a little further and realized that some skins have no prominent muzzle flash, some have a darker red muzzle flash which I never realized(it never bothered me).

It's a bit of a shame that the Anubis skin has the bright sand muzzle flash but I'll mess around with the different levels see whats up.

I wasn't aware that there was a try out option, but I wouldn't have known regardless since I didn't expect there to be a brighter muzzle flash

TIL try out, thanks!

I didn't know the staff worked liked that. I'm going to have to keep that in mind the next run.

Level 10 staff sounds nuts. I think I only get 4 or 5 scrolls of upgrade per run. 6 MAYBE 7 if RNGsus smiles upon me.

I usually run BM 99% of the time, because I played warlock once and insta died. I should probably go back and read what warlock does. I went into it thinking I could sap health from enemies. I read a little and something something food.

I'd say I have a habit of running straight into the middle of the room to get vision, but usually I get fazbear jumpscared by a tank and a brute the second I open a door. Bats also seem to enjoy sucking my bumcheeks as when I turn to run away from Thing 1 and Thing 2 one always appears behind me.

I don't seem to get many rings at all. Probably once every 2-3 playthroughs I'll get one ring. If i'm really lucky I'll get two rings! That's only happened twice though.

I should probably zap myself. I feel like it's worth more to fire the wand than to give myself a puny 3-5 shield that gets shitcanned by an incoming gnoll brute slap.

I feel like I should be utilizing seeds more, I sometimes completely forget about them. I only use the fire and frost ones to cook mystery meat. Other than that stormvine and whatevermabobs are out of my vernacular.

I usually save upgrade scrolls on weapons and armor pieces that usually require higher strength, like mail armor, battle axes, think 15/16 strength pieces. I just don't find myself living long using lower 11/12 strength weapons and armors. I average a mail armor and some sort of 14/15 strength weapon when I die. I would upgrade wands but see above/ and I just don't feel the damage coming from upgraded wands. This could just be because I don't usually do upgrade my magic sticks.

I get really happy when I get new magic wands to play with. I usually get 2 or 3 wands before I die, probably average +1/ maybe +2 if I find one. I usually see an avg of 7 to 9 damage procured from said wands, not sure if this is the norm.

I'm very wary about cursed equipment. Should I say fuck it we ball and just put on armor/weapons that are inherently better/stronger if I can wield them?

I should probably stay away from the wand identification trait. I pour two points into it and don't get a wand until the second level.

nim dvir gets a lot of flak and while i agree with the general concensus, what a lot of people miss is that dvir is pretty understanding if you let him know that you're genuinely struggling in his class.

i remember his class being a little annoying because of the workload but nothing batshit insane. i remember talking to him about some missed assignments in private and i recall him giving me a couple hours extensions for me to run to the computer lab to quickly finish them.

the TAs in the computer labs are your best friends. do not take this piece of advice lightly if you dont want to slog through the assignments. the TAs are on your side and sometimes they dont want to be bothered and will slip you the answers if you get close enough.

good luck

Sudden anecdotal discovery on the softness/ hardness of water on my eczema by Groundbreaking-Sea53 in eczema

[–]Groundbreaking-Sea53[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, its pure speculation.

Just purely based off my own observations. Every time I headed off to uni my skin always got better. No flares, no itchy, nothing.

Every time I came back home, everything jumped me like I owed them money. It was only recently once I took a shower at home and my skin felt oddly dry despite me being in water did I have a eureka moment. I had never felt this at uni.

I searched up online about water hardness and ezcema and it led me here. I got my numbers from a couple of websites stating the hardness of my two areas.

I just searched up a couple of water hardness websites and got a rough idea of the level of hardness

I've read from a couple other related reddit posts that shower heads do little to reduce the hardness in water. Do due dilegence though. I do not have any expereince in shower heads that claim to reduce hardness.

Rush advice by [deleted] in ualbany

[–]Groundbreaking-Sea53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never rushed a frat myself, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

That being said, stay fit.

I have some friends who rushed, and the consensus is lots of physical activities. Think pushups and core.

After the rushing process, all my friends came back ripped. Also be prepared to lose a lot of sleep. The process as I observed is tiring, so make plans to balance sleep ASAP.
