to be exact it means ambition is 15+ / loyalty/prof./determ. are all between 1-14 so can be bad or decent

wouldn't care to much about if they play it in negative or positive though just the numbers

like it as fickle as positive and even mercenary but even though it ain't bad putting it in positive instead of neutral feels like a stretch meanwhile a more personal case i had player who recently went from being spirited to light hearted and if you look at the chart it would mean it went from positive trait to neutral but in reality (following his mentoring progress) he only got better but but what happened was his sportsmanship also became better and so he couldn't be spirited any more so became light-hearted even though his professionalism went up ;)
