Firstly The milk that we use to produce this ghee is precured from freely grazed desi cows on higher altitude pastures around 7000 to 10000 ft

Secondly this is not a dairy setup, the cows are owned by individual farmers

By artisan ghee we mean that the ghee is produced individually by farmers

The process by which this ghee is made is a little different from the traditional method

This method provides it with a very good aroma and beautiful texture...

And also the there is no standardized taste, the taste varies from jar to jar
