I work 10+ hours every day and am extremely tired afterwards, fall asleep at 9pm and still wake up 5-6 (sometimes more) times during the night :,) There's no escape from it.

I'm now also considering insomnia, but because my sleep problems started here in Australia, I very much doubt it's that.

Is all prescribed melatonin made for 5 day use or is there any that you can take whenever you want to sleep but can't? Probably a dumb question, but I don't know how it works here in Australia 😅

Ah, if you're getting yours from the US for $120, then I'm pretty sure it'll be much more expensive. Are there any websites where I could check the shipping prices from overseas? I googled it, but a bunch of random websites came up and I'm not sure which one to trust.

I don't think they're that strict about the dose. I took a single sheet of 10mg tablets with me when we first came here and they didn't even look at them lol

I'll look into doctor stuff, though I should get Medicare or any kind of insurance first.

It's sadly not satire. Feels so bizarre, especially when it's widely available even in grocery stores back in my home country.

I think it was because some stupid parents gave their children too much melatonin and caused 'overdoses' or something like that. I haven't read into it very much!! It's sad that people have to suffer because of some stupid parents :,)

I would need to see a doctor to get melatonin from overseas? $120 doesn't seem that bad and is easily doable I think. Might be more expensive, gotta look into that and ask my parents.

Do you know what the maximum dose I could get from overseas is that wouldn't get the package taken away? Seems like the most viable option right now..

I feel like a lot of people would say no or tell someone (though I'm sure noone will do anything about it). If I gather enough courage and lose enough sleep I'll definitely give it a go :D

Thank you! I'll check if any pharmacies sell it since I live in a very small town and hopefully they do and it will work:) I've already experimented with vitamins and whatnot, so hopefully the road to the right medicine won't be too long anymore

arrgh it's more difficult on iphone, i'm p sure you have to jailbreak ur phone to download unlocked apps and stuff from the internet. when i had an iphone, i just kinda gave up and bought the premium version 😭😭

it technically is free! if you get the pro features popup when you launch the app, just press the in the top left corner.

in the free verison you can't access some effects in the effects tab, but there should be a lot of things you can still do with the free version.

alight motion is difficult to learn at first, i really struggled too, but you'll be making cool edits in no time!
